Sweat Equity Program
Lindbergh Properties Construction is pleased to provide a "Sweat Equity Program" that allows our buyers the ability to:

• Paint the interior of their home while the home is under construction. Builder provides the paint.
• Seed and straw their yard. Builder provides the seed and straw.

Participating in "sweat equity" gives you a credit of 3% of your total sale price towards your down payment and closing costs. This means "thousands of dollars of savings" to you.

In addition, Lindbergh Properties Construction will pay up to 2 discount points. This will "lower your interest rate" resulting in lower mortgage payments for you.
